I did a small assignment today, for Ales by Mail.
Shot lots of bottles of beer, and some food.
Not a particularly artsy shot, but the brief was to keep it simple and easy to extract from the photo.

I visited the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers Convention and Trade Show in Hammersmith.
Among countless album and printing companies, there are some interesting stands where one can see, touch, try and buy gadgets and accessories which we would otherwise be viewing or ordering on-line.
All under one roof :-)

The show is taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, and is still on today until 5pm.
Plenty to see and a great opportunity to get a hands on experience with the latest and greatest 7D and 1D Mk IV.

I spent yesterday evening photographing bands playing at the Goldhawk Music Festival organised by Articulate Music in The Goldhawk pub.
The invitation came from “Fangled”, a vibrant band playing rock and country flavours. Check out their MySpace site – these guys rock!

Yesterday at 5 pm Jo Kilkenny set off from Marble Arch on her Enduroman Arch 2 Arc challenge. Fingers crossed, she will become the first woman to complete it.

Last Sunday we got together for a quick visit in London Wetland Centre managed by the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT). I can’t believe, that having lived in London for a couple of years now, I hadn’t visited this place before.
