I visited the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers Convention and Trade Show in Hammersmith.
Among countless album and printing companies, there are some interesting stands where one can see, touch, try and buy gadgets and accessories which we would otherwise be viewing or ordering on-line.
All under one roof :-)

Snowy winters in London seem to be short, rare and not very spectacular, so I took this rare opportunity this morning, to capture the winter sunrise in Richmond.

Weekend Wildlife Photography in London Parks
I had a couple of friends, who happen to be equally mad about wildlife photography, visiting over the weekend.
Despite the bitter cold and frequent showers, we spent most of the time in the field and on the ground photographing birds which chose to spend the winter in London parks and ponds.

It’s this time of the year again… Last weekend I went to the Richmond Park, to see if the park deer take the rut as seriously as their free roaming relatives. The hierarchy seems to have been established by now, so there was not a lot of fighting going on, but the dominant stags keep...
